Supporting families and children through WRAP Around planning. The WRAP Around process is initiated when the needs of a family and children exceed the capability of any single agency and require a coordinated, collaborative response. WRAP Around begins with the development of child and family team formed to develop and individualized plan around the family. The primary mission of the team is to look at needs and create solutions which are based on building upon the family's strengths. The family is an equal member of the team and primarily works with a coordinator as an integral part of the intervention process. For more information or to make a referral, please contact:
