Diagnostic Assessment- Every potential client at Pathways Counseling Center, Inc. will participate in a Diagnostic Assessment. This service assists the clinical staff in providing the best possible care for the person at the time of their need. If it is determined that the staff at Pathways cannot meet the need of the client a referral will be completed to a qualified professional. Individual Counseling- Counselors work with adults and youth to help them identify problems and develop strategies to help them resolve issues that cause or contribute to the strain and disruption of their lives. Group Counseling- Adult or youth groups meet with a counselor as group members help each other identify and resolve the problems they are experiencing. Intensive Outpatient Program- A treatment group which meets 3 hours, 3 times a week and provides intensive treatment while allowing the individual to continue with everyday responsibilities such as work and family. Domestic Violence- This 26 session program teaches participants about the dangers of abusive behavior. If they are court referred we work with their probation officers to ensure compliance with their order. Drug Free Workplace Training- The agency is certified to provide Bureau of Worker's Compensation Drug Free Workplace Training for employees and supervisors. Drug screening available upon request. |
