The Mental Health, Alcohol & Drug Addiction Recovery Board of Putnam County would like to thank the residents of Putnam County for their support doing the recent levy campaign and eventual passage of Issue 5.

Since the devastating financial cuts to the behavioral health system by the Governor and lack of support by the Department of Mental Health and Alcohol, Drug Addiction, it was rewarding to see the Putnam County community continue to assume their responsibility in supporting those in need of behavioral health services.

Thank You for taking the time to study and understand the importance of this issue to all residents of Putnam County. The local vote of confidence assures Putnam County a voice in maintaining a strong behavioral health system for the residents of Putnam County. Local Dollars---Local Control.
