The
Mental Health, Alcohol & Drug Addiction Recovery Board of
Putnam County would like to thank the residents of Putnam County
for their support doing the recent levy campaign and eventual
passage of Issue 5.
Since the devastating financial
cuts to the behavioral health system by the Governor and lack
of support by the Department of Mental Health and Alcohol, Drug
Addiction, it was rewarding to see the Putnam County community
continue to assume their responsibility in supporting those in
need of behavioral health services.

to study and understand the importance of this issue to all residents
